Understanding and working with the details and dynamics of walking in ATM and FI.
The fine details and dynamics of walking are for many practitioners not clear. Working with and using these details both “on the FI table” and also up to standing and into walking are a very important part of an FI.
In this Advanced training I will clarify in detail all the aspects and dynamics of walking. I will do this in a variety of ways including ATM and FI.This will give you a deeper and clearer understanding of walking and its relationship to the working aspects in FI “on the table” and “off the table”.
All ATMS taught will be unique. They will be recorded and shared with the participants via dropbox.
